I truly believe every transaction is an opportunity to improve one's real estate portfolio. Whether you're a seasoned investor or just beginning, my simple method carefully determines how best to achieve your financial goals one deal at a time.
 
Being a prolific, very hands on buyer, remodeler, operator, and seller of real estate has been rewarding for me in many ways. My own portfolio took the typical path from small residential rentals, to larger apartment buildings, and ultimately progressing into net commercial income (NNN) properties.
 
Because I own and manage these properties myself while growing the entire portfolio through several complete real estate market cycles, I now thoroughly understand the economics of buying, operating, and selling these very different asset classes.
 
Through owning diverse property types through the entire investment cycle (i.e., buy, improve, operate, sell) I've learned first hand how certain external economic factors affect each in the short, medium, and long terms. Remaining focused on maximizing cash flow and long term appreciation continually hones my acumen for analysis, acquisition, improvement, operation, and profitable disposal of such investments.
 
My clients benefit from my deep understanding of portfolio building. Everyone has different short, medium, and long term financial goals. Prudent real estate investments can help achieve many of these. I provide accurate, timely, and pertinent information so you can properly evaluate the trade-offs between cash flow and appreciation as well as risks and rewards.
 
Proper portfolio management includes periodic Return On Equity (ROE) calculations for each holding. This key metric typically drops over time as assets appreciate and associated debt decreases. ROE can help decide when it's appropriate to 1031 exchange into larger property(ies). Correctly  timing  such moves  maximizes  your  portfolio's equity appreciation and income generation.

Though there are potentially many parties involved with a transaction (e.g., escrow, title, and insurance companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, buyers/sellers and their agents, 1031 exchange intermediaries), I coordinate things on your behalf to keep everything simple for you!
